Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange. Where required by applicable law (including EU/UK consumer rights regulations), statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following goods are exempt from being returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Downloadble/digital products (once access has been granted or download initiated)
- Gift cards
- 3D prints (any)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded, except where required by applicable law.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same item, contact us at whatisupstudiosponsor@gmail.com.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED FOR ORIGINAL OR RETURN SHIPPING FEES AND RATES.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Digital Products
All downloadable and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been initated. By completing your purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge that you have waived your right to cancel and request a refund for that item, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you experience a technical issue with a digital product, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.
EU and UK Customers
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights under applicable consumer protection law. In particular:
- You may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for eligible physical goods from the date of receipt.
- Digital products are exempt from the right of withdrawal once download or access has begun, provided you consented to this at the time of purchase.
- Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under EU or UK law that cannot be waived by contract.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, whatisup Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with any product purchased from our shop. Our liabilty is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
All products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, except where a statutory warranty applies under applicable law.
Governing Law
This policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, except where overriding consumer protection law in the EU or UK applies to customers in those jurisdictions.
