1. Minimum Purchase Requirement
The total merchandise or service subtotal of an order, after applicable discounts and before taxes, shipping, handling, processing fees, or other additional charges, must be at least equal to the full face value of the gift card being redeemed. Gift cards cannot be used toward purchases that fall below this minimum. If the eligible subtotal is less than the gift card’s value, the customer must add eligible items or services to the cart before checkout.
2. Single-Use Redemption
Each gift card code has exactly one valid use. A gift card is considered used once it has been successfully redeemed in a completed checkout transaction. Gift cards cannot be reused, reactivated, or redeemed for additional purchases after successful redemption, even if the original purchase is subsequently returned, refunded, canceled, or partially fulfilled, except where required by applicable law or expressly authorized by the store.
Entering a code without completing a purchase should not, by itself, constitute redemption. If a checkout attempt fails before the transaction is completed, the code should remain valid unless the payment system has already processed the redemption. Any code incorrectly marked as used because of a technical error may be reviewed by the store.
3. One Gift Card Per Order
Only one gift card code may be applied to a single cart or order. Customers may not combine multiple gift cards, split a single gift card across multiple orders, or use multiple codes through separate checkout attempts to bypass this restriction.
This restriction applies regardless of whether the gift cards were purchased by the same customer, received from different individuals, or acquired through different promotions, except where the store expressly authorizes an exception or applicable law requires otherwise.
4. Validity and Expiration
Each gift card expires exactly five years from the date of purchase, subject to applicable laws governing gift cards and stored value. The purchase date determines the expiration date, regardless of when the gift card is delivered, received, activated, or first used.
A gift card may not be redeemed after its expiration date. The store may not shorten the validity period after purchase. If a gift card is issued as a replacement for a defective or invalid card, its expiration date will be determined by the applicable replacement policy and legal requirements.
Where applicable law prohibits expiration or requires a longer validity period, the mandatory legal requirements will take precedence over this section.
5. Discounts and Additional Fees
Gift cards apply only to eligible merchandise or service subtotals. Discounts, promotional credits, and gift card benefits do not apply to additional charges outside the eligible subtotal, including, where applicable:
- Sales tax and other government-imposed taxes.
- Shipping, delivery, and handling charges.
- Payment processing or transaction fees.
- Service, convenience, or administrative fees.
- Customs duties, import charges, or similar government fees.
- Optional add-ons, gratuities, or other separately charged amounts.
The customer is responsible for paying all applicable charges that are not eligible for gift card coverage. The store may determine which items or services qualify for redemption, provided those restrictions are disclosed and comply with applicable law.
6. Ineligible Products
Gift cards may not be used to purchase other gift cards, gift certificates, stored-value products, or any other product intended to function as a gift card or equivalent monetary credit.
Gift cards also may not be used to purchase custom-printed items, made-to-order prints, custom 3D prints, or other customized merchandise sold through the store.
These exclusions apply regardless of whether the prohibited items are purchased individually or included alongside other eligible products in the same cart. The store reserves the right to reject or cancel a transaction that attempts to use a gift card for an excluded purchase, subject to applicable law.
The store may update its list of eligible and excluded products, provided that any changes comply with applicable law and do not unlawfully restrict previously purchased gift cards.
7. Insufficient Eligible Subtotal
If an order does not meet the minimum purchase requirement, the gift card will not be applied. Customers must increase the eligible subtotal to meet or exceed the gift card’s face value before redemption.
The store is not required to issue change, cash, store credit, or another gift card for any difference between the gift card’s value and the eligible purchase amount, except where required by applicable law.
8. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by applicable law.
If an order paid for using a gift card is refunded, returned, canceled, or disputed after successful redemption, the original gift card will not automatically become valid again. Any refund or replacement value will be handled according to the store’s refund policy and applicable law.
The store reserves the right to investigate refund requests involving gift cards, particularly where fraud, abuse, duplicate transactions, or payment disputes are suspected. Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be waived.
9. Lost, Stolen, Shared, or Unauthorized Codes
Customers are responsible for keeping their gift card codes secure. Gift cards may be used by anyone who possesses a valid code, unless additional verification is required by the store.
The store may refuse to replace or reimburse a lost, stolen, copied, leaked, or unauthorized gift card code where permitted by law. Customers should contact the store promptly if they believe a code has been compromised.
The store may suspend or invalidate a code where there is reasonable evidence of theft, fraud, unauthorized distribution, duplicate issuance, or other unlawful activity, subject to applicable legal obligations.
10. Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Use
Gift cards may not be used in connection with fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized resale, automated redemption attempts, manipulation of checkout systems, or any attempt to circumvent these terms.
The store may cancel, suspend, or investigate gift cards reasonably suspected of being obtained or used unlawfully. The store may also refuse a transaction when there is reasonable evidence of fraudulent activity, subject to applicable law.
11. Errors, Technical Problems, and Duplicate Transactions
The store may investigate and correct technical errors involving gift card issuance, redemption, expiration, or checkout processing.
If a system error causes a gift card to be incorrectly charged, marked as redeemed, duplicated, or rejected, the store may take reasonable steps to correct the error. Customers should contact the store with their order number, gift card purchase receipt, and relevant transaction details.
The store will not knowingly retain payment or gift card value resulting from a verified processing error when a correction or refund is legally required.
12. Transfers and Resale
Gift cards may be transferred to another person unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase or prohibited by applicable law. Gift cards may not be resold, exchanged, or distributed for commercial purposes without the store’s written authorization.
Any restrictions on transfers or resale will be applied subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
13. Changes to These Terms
The store may update its gift card policies for future purchases. The terms applicable to a gift card at the time of purchase will generally govern that gift card, except where changes are required by law or are otherwise legally permitted.
No policy change will retroactively reduce a customer’s rights under applicable law.
14. Applicable Law and Consumer Rights
These terms are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, including laws governing gift cards, expiration dates, fees, refunds, and consumer protection.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the extent permitted by law. Any provision that conflicts with mandatory legal requirements will be interpreted or modified only to the extent necessary to comply with those requirements.
15. Contact and Disputes
Customers who believe a gift card has been incorrectly rejected, prematurely expired, or improperly marked as redeemed should contact the store’s customer support team and provide relevant purchase or transaction information.
The store will review such issues in good faith and resolve verified errors in accordance with these terms and applicable law.
